Corporate Governance Reports

A Corporate Governance Report is drawn up each year by the Board and covers the corporate governance of KB Components during the preceding financial year.

The report is put forward in accordance with the Swedish Annual Accounts Act and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code. It is reviewed by KB Components’s auditors. KB Components prepares its Corporate Governance Report as a separate document from the statutory annual report.
